She will be responsible for human resources, facilities, and corporate sustainability and will report directly to CPG Chief Executive Officer and President Mary Kate Wold.

Ms. Ebens has more than 20 years of multidisciplinary business experience and previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Omnicom Health Group. Before this, she held various senior-level human resources roles of increasing importance at Marsh and Mercer. She also spent 12 years in business roles at Pfizer. She received an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in economics from Amherst College.
