Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E) today announced the acquisition of Strategic, a leading and innovative sports, lifestyle, and entertainment marketing agency. Peter Stern, founder and president of Strategic, will join HS&E as Chief Growth Officer.

Founded in 1997, Strategic, under Stern’s leadership, has partnered with a diverse portfolio of prominent brands and companies, including New York Life, Pepsi, AB InBev, Target, Ball Corporation, Toyota and Under Armour. Stern, a Sports Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, and Strategic have received numerous industry accolades for their creative work, including Clio Awards, Shorty Awards, Hashtag Sports, and Promo 100.

HS&E, led by founders and co-CEOs David Levy and Chris Weil, has rapidly expanded its client portfolio since its launch in the fall of 2022. The acquisition of Strategic aligns with HS&E’s operations, enhancing its event, experiential, and sponsorship capabilities, while expanding its business strategy. In 2023, the agency also acquired the Blake Sports Group.

HS&E’s growing roster of partners now encompasses Proximo Spirits, the NBA, Top Rank Boxing, Paramount+, Cognizant, PayPal, M&T Bank, Verizon, and Unrivaled, among others. Additionally, the agency created and manages two unique sports properties, the Pickleball Slam franchise, and the Shark Beauty Women's Champions Classic, further solidifying HS&E’s position as a premier destination for cutting-edge sports and entertainment solutions.
