Old Glory Bank, the pro-America online community bank, is proud to announce the addition of America’s VetDogs as a partner in its Charitable Round-Up Program.

America’s VetDogs is a national 501c3 nonprofit organization that trains and places specially trained assistance dogs with veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders with physical and emotional disabilities free of charge. The organization’s carefully structured, accredited programs include service dogs for mobility, guide dogs, PTSD service dogs (including nightmare interruption), hearing dogs, seizure response dogs, military facility dogs, and more.

“Helping these patriotic Americans, who put their lives on the line for us, regain a life of dignity and independence lines up perfectly with the values our bank stands for,” explains Mike Ring, CEO of Old Glory Bank.

“Now, as part of our unique Charitable Round-Up program, our equally patriotic customers can help those in need regain their pride and self-reliance,” Ring adds.

With Charitable Round-Up, Old Glory Bank customers round up every purchase they make with their Old Glory Bank debit card to the nearest dollar, with 100 percent of that extra change going to America’s VetDogs or one of the other partner charities in the program, including Code of Vets or Folds of Honor.

It costs over $50,000 to breed, raise, train, and place one assistance dog. All of America’s VetDogs services are provided at no charge to those qualified recipients, a cost that Mr. Ring acknowledges is out of the realm of most individuals.

“I’ve always been proud and amazed at the generosity of our customers when it comes to helping fellow patriots in need.” Ring boasts.
