Nadia Rashid joins as CRO and Holly Simmons joins as CMO as Revenue Tech Company Transforms Modern Day Selling
Outreach Brings on New CRO and CMO to Lead Market Shift in AI-Powered Sales

Outreach, the first and only Sales Execution Platform built for intelligent revenue workflows, today announced Nadia Rashid as its Chief Revenue Officer and Holly Simmons as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Rashid and Simmons’ experience and leadership will scale Outreach to the next level. This comes shortly after Outreach announced its new AI Sales Prospecting Agents as the company reshapes the revenue technology space through AI and personalized selling.

Nadia brings over 20 years of leadership experience and a track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth for tech companies. At Outreach she will lead the Go-to-Market team, drive revenue growth, and demonstrate the power of AI Sales Agents. She joins Outreach from Seismic, a leader in AI-powered sales enablement, where she was responsible for the largest revenue segment across the business. During her nearly six-year tenure, she oversaw the Enterprise and Global revenue segments and was instrumental in building out the enterprise business. Before Seismic, Nadia worked at Marketo as VP of Sales, where she increased the company’s geographic presence, expanded the Commercial and Mid-Market business, and helped grow the revenue to $320M during her four years there.

Outreach will benefit from Holly Simmons’ more than 20 years of marketing, product, and professional services experience for SaaS companies, spanning enterprises, small and mid-size companies, and consumers. Her background in launching and delivering AI solutions to the market will be instrumental in helping customers transform their sales processes with Outreach’s AI-powered platform. Leading the marketing organization, Simmons will work with Rashid to drive repeatable revenue and cement Outreach’s leadership position in the Revenue Orchestration space. Before Outreach, Holly held global senior leadership roles at Diligent, Oracle, ServiceNow, and SAP, and brings experience from multiple startups and her own technology consulting business as a co-founder.
