Evan joins EVERY at a key inflection point as the company makes its foray into the mass market. Over the past two years, EVERY has been investing heavily in laying the groundwork for scale including securing foundational patents, receiving FDA approval for all of its proteins, commercializing its entire product portfolio, as well as announcing several active partnerships with Unilever, Grupo Nutresa, and Grupo Palacios.

At EVERY, Evan will leverage his experience to enhance capital strategy, support scaling operations, and prepare the company for IPO readiness. His contributions will also focus on fostering a culture of financial discipline and innovation.

Evan brings over 20 years of expertise in finance honed through leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations and dynamic startup environments. As a two-time venture-backed CFO, he has a proven track record of navigating complex capital markets and delivering strategic growth. Notably, Evan served as CFO at Smart Wires, where he successfully led the company through a $500M IPO, and at Kairos Aerospace, where he spearheaded equity and debt financing efforts to support rapid expansion.

Prior to his CFO roles, Evan held senior finance positions at Independent Electric, where he optimized inventory controls for the $1B revenue business, and at PG&E, where he implemented a lean operations program across the 7,200-employee organization. His expertise extends to managing capital-intensive businesses, scaling operations, and building resilient financial infrastructures.

"Evan’s leadership in financial strategy and operational excellence will accelerate our mission of redefining protein ingredient solutions,” said Arturo Elizondo, CEO of EVERY. "His proven track record of scaling capital-intensive companies during growth are exactly what EVERY needs as we onboard large-scale manufacturing and bring our ingredients to the world’s largest food companies. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome him aboard."

“Joining EVERY at this pivotal moment is a remarkable opportunity,” said Evan Geisert. “The company is a clear leader in the sector and has developed a truly innovative and compelling offering for the global protein market. I look forward to enabling the rapid scale-up of commercial efforts and operations this year and beyond.”

Evan earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
